ABOUT
I am Felix Zeeb, an independent consultant and freelancer for agentic AI, CRM and marketing automation, and data foundations, based in Zurich. Through my company Geistzeit I support marketing and sales teams across Switzerland and the DACH region.
It was clear to me early on that I would have the biggest impact by focusing on being an entrepreneur. And from the very start of my studies, one thing was obvious: marketing and sales are key components of every business. So I specialized in learning exactly that.
For 16 years, from my studies through my entire career, I have worked intensively in these disciplines. I continuously track how the technology evolves, dig into new tools, and write code myself.
Marketing and sales keep getting more technical. What works is understanding the psychology, mastering the craft, and being able to build the technology yourself. I combine all three levels in one person: project lead and builder at the same time, with no handover loss.
Data protection and cybersecurity are no side topic for me: with NativeAI I am actively co-building an AI cybersecurity startup, where I develop and sell a security product myself. That gives me first-hand knowledge of the data protection requirements in marketing and sales and the compliance requirements of regulated Swiss industries.

Geistzeit is my vehicle for both: consulting and experiments. Through Geistzeit I offer my consulting and implementation services, from agentic AI to CRM and marketing automation to data foundations.
At the same time, Geistzeit is my experimental vehicle: the vessel where I test new ideas, set up new business models and start new companies. Whatever starts to work is transferred into its own entity. Geistzeit stays the lab, and the ventures become independent.
Three developments strike me as the big problems of our time. First: we are losing closeness. Families are getting smaller and weaker, communities are eroding. We need to find our way back to each other: friend networks that stay together, families that hold together and support each other, groups where people find new people and a sense of belonging.
Second: AI and automation are taking over more and more work, and robotics acts as a catalyst, because it carries the same shift into physical work. This will happen faster than most people expect. We need new ways for a society to raise taxes and distribute value creation.
Third: the climate. It is getting hotter, the weather more extreme, and our impact on the planet's climate is real and continuing. Working on solutions for this strikes me as just as urgent.
These are topics I want to work on more in the future. Tribe is a first attempt to contribute: technology that brings people together and strengthens relationship networks.
